"Shipping was a headache"
I ordered from Gentle Fawn the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it myself and getting more annoyed each time. The clothes were fine when they finally arrived, but wow, the whole delivery process was such a drag. Not exactly the fun shopping experience I was hoping for.

"Pretty Good Quality Overall"
The fabric feels really Nice and soft, and overall I'm happy with it. It has a good quality feel without being too heavy or stiff...

"Cute, simple pieces that actually work"
The pieces are really cute, and the cuts are easy to wear without trying too hard. The simple colors are nice too, which is refreshing since apparently not everything needs to be loud or complicated

"Cute clothes, but the sizing was kinda off tbh"
I ordered a sweater and a pair of pants from Gentle Fawn, and overall the stuff is cute. The quality seems decent too, so no major complaints there, but the fit wasn’t exactly what I expected.
The sweater fit true to size, maybe a little roomy, but the pants were tight in the waist and way longer than I thought they’d be. I wish the size chart had been clearer bc it felt a little hit or miss. Not bad overall, just not perfect lol.

"Return took a little longer than I thought"
I do like the clothes overall, but the return process was a bit of a hassle. Customer service got back to me after maybe a couple of days, and I think I had to check in once to keep things moving. The refund did come through in the end, just slower than I was expecting. Not an awful experience or anything, but it could definitely be a little smoother.
